Planner

See your day, week, month, or year at a glance

Your calendar, your way. Connect Google or Outlook (coming Q4 2026). Switch between day, week, month, and year views. Mark birthdays so you never miss one.

Events and entries. Create standalone planner entries or sync events from your connected calendars. Everything in one timeline.

Tasks

Capture, organize, and complete at your own pace

Built for how you actually work. Due dates, priorities, and folders. Drag to reorder. Done means done.

Tasks live on their own timeline. Separate from Planner by design. Tasks are what you need to do. Planner is when you plan to do it.

Notes

Write freely. Your thoughts, your structure.

Rich text when you need it. Bold, italics, headings, lists — the formatting is there when you want it. Plain text when you don't.

Every note is searchable. Find anything you've written, across any Space.

Lists

Any collection, any structure, all in one place

Not just to-dos. Reading lists, shopping lists, bucket lists. Track completion, reorder items, and organize however makes sense to you.

Share with your connections. Send a list to anyone in your network via Courier. They get their own copy.

Contacts

Your address book. Nothing more.

Just the essentials. Names, emails, birthdays, notes. Organized into Spaces.

Your dentist lives here. Contacts is your private directory — store information about the people in your life without sharing anything.

Connections

The people you share with

Separate from Contacts. A Connection is someone you can exchange OwnOS content with via Courier. They don't have to be in your Contacts, and your Contacts don't have to be Connections.

Request and accept. Send a connection request to anyone. Once they accept, you can share content both ways. Revoke access anytime.

Bridged when it matters. Sharing something with a Contact who isn't a Connection yet? OwnOS offers to send the connection request right there. Accepting a request from someone new? OwnOS offers to add them to Contacts. Two separate tools, one natural flow.

Courier

Share with Courier. Send a whole Space, or select content within it, to one connection or many.

No strings attached. Courier gives each recipient a separate copy they can change freely. Their edits stay with them, and your original stays yours.

Invisible to each other. Your Connections can't see each other. You can't see other OwnOS users. No public profiles. No visible network.

Ticker

A private feed for shared things

Your eyes only. The Ticker shows what you've shared and what others have shared with you. Your feed is private to you.

Keep what matters. Save shared content from the Ticker into your Spaces — add a note to Notes, a plan to Planner, a list to Lists.

Bookmarks

Save what matters. Find it again.

Not lost in browser chaos. Articles, recipes, references — saved into your Spaces where they actually belong.

Organized and searchable. Tag, sort, and search across all your saved links.

World Time

See what time it is elsewhere

Compare at a glance. Add the cities that matter to you. Find meeting times that work across time zones without opening another tab.

Games

Because sometimes the best reset is play

Surprisingly fun. A few small games built right in. Clear your head, then get back to it.
